- "Storage Unit" refers to the individual space rented by the User for the purpose of storing personal or business items.
Acceptable Use
Users are required to use Paddington Storage facilities responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.
- Permitted Items: Personal belongings, business inventory, documents, furniture, and other non-hazardous items suitable for storage.
- Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials (such as flammable, explosive, or toxic substances), illegal items, perishable goods, items that emit vapor or gas, and any substances or materials that could cause damage to the facility or pose a risk to health and safety.
Paddington Storage reserves the right to inspect storage units at any time and remove prohibited items without prior notice. Users are responsible for ensuring that all items stored comply with these guidelines.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, which includes data collection for billing, security, and service improvement purposes.
Payment Terms
All payments for storage services are due in advance on a monthly basis. Users must ensure that their payment information is up-to-date to avoid interruptions in service.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved electronic payment methods.
- Late Payments: If payments are not received by the due date, a late fee may be applied. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and eventual eviction from the storage unit.
- Automatic Renewals: Unless otherwise specified, storage agreements will automatically renew on a monthly basis. Users can opt out of automatic renewals by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation and Termination
Users may cancel their storage services by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, all items must be removed from the storage unit within the specified cancellation period. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or the disposal of unclaimed items in accordance with our disposal policy.
Early Termination
In instances where users violate the Agreement or terms of usage, Paddington Storage reserves the right to terminate services immediately without prior notice. This may include, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, improper use of storage facilities, or violation of payment terms.
Liability
Paddington Storage takes all necessary precautions to secure your belongings; however, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of stored items unless it is directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
Insurance
Users are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their stored items. While Paddington Storage offers insurance options through third-party providers, Users remain responsible for ensuring that their possessions are adequately protected against potential risks.
Force Majeure
Paddington Storage shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or disruptions in utility services.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Paddington Storage may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or by posting a notice at our facilities. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law

Severability

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Paddington Storage regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. Amendments
Paddington Storage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
